DEI Officer - Trish Chatfield
Trish’s role as Club DEI Officer is to ensure that as a club that we adhere to our Football Leadership Diversity Code (FLDC) Commitment outlined within this booklet.
Trish is also the Chair of the Royal Navy Football Association (RNFA) Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group and within that role attends FA National updates and is responsible for delivering on the RNFA Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP). She liaises closely with Rachel Williams who is the Cornwall Football Association DIAG Chair and will promote all events within the FA DEI Calendar.
Our club has made a commitment to the Football Leadership Diversity Code. We also strictly adhere to our Club Equality Policy.
